Painting Irises - My Second Video of painting.

This is my second video, I'm learning a lot, sorry for the lighting and focus problems..... Please let me know what you think! Any suggestions?

I'm trying to use a loose spontaneous brushstroke in this painting. I was watching a painting video by Richard Schmid and I noticed that he holds his brush in many different ways, to vary the mark.. I am also focusing Using strong contrasts in color and value to make the painting pop!

It's hard to paint irises without thinking of Van Gogh, I guess he has kinda branded the bread.
